1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund window, starting from the date of purchase. This includes our optional 24-hour test period (available upon request).

Refunds are only issued:

  • After our support team has been given up to 48 hours to resolve any service-related issue.
  • If the problem is on our side and cannot be fixed.

2. Pro-Rata Refunds

If a refund is approved, and part of the subscription has already been used, we will issue a pro-rata refund based on the remaining unused time.

Example:
If you purchase a 3 Months plan and use 6 days, you’ll receive a refund for the 2months and 24 unused days, minus any applicable fees.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Problems caused by your internet, device incompatibility, app misconfiguration, or personal preferences (e.g. channel selection).
  • If the 7-day refund period has passed.
  • Misuse, account sharing, or violations of our terms of service.

Even if you are not eligible for a refund, our support team will still help you fix the issue — because our goal is your satisfaction.

4. Refund Process

  • After refund approval, processing takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on your payment method.
  • Transaction fees or payment gateway charges may be deducted from the total refund amount.

5. Digital-Only Products

CasaVTV provides digital streaming services only. We do not offer or support returns for any physical products.
